Service Description
The Pre-Render Consultation is a structured working call held prior to the start of production. During this session, we review all client-provided information in detail, including drawings, plans, reference material, scope, timeline, and visual requirements. The goal is to confirm design intent, align on deliverables, and ensure all necessary information is in place before the rendering process begins. This consultation establishes clear direction, reduces revisions, and allows for an efficient and accurate production workflow. It is intended for clients with an active project who are prepared to move forward with visualization services. During this call, we’ll discuss the type of projects you work on, how you currently present designs, and what level of ongoing visualization support would be most effective for your workflow. We’ll also walk through Alkobi Vision’s approach, process, and subscription structure to determine which package is best aligned with your company. This call is intended for new clients who are exploring architectural visualization services and want clarity on how Alkobi Vision operates, what to expect from a monthly subscription, and whether our studio is the right fit for their needs. No preparation is required. The goal is to provide insight, answer questions, and outline a clear next step if there is mutual alignment.
Cancellation Policy
All meetings with Alkobi Vision are scheduled by appointment only and are subject to availability. Discovery Calls Discovery Calls are intended for prospective clients seeking information about Alkobi Vision’s services, workflow, and subscription options. These calls are informational in nature and do not include project planning, design review, or production guidance. Pre-Render Consultations Pre-Render Consultations are reserved exclusively for active clients with an active paid subscription or agreement. These sessions are used to review project scope, client-provided materials, and requirements prior to the start of production. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask that all meetings be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed meetings or late cancellations may result in limited future availability or forfeiture of the session at Alkobi Vision’s discretion. Preparation Clients are responsible for providing all relevant materials prior to scheduled consultations. Delays caused by missing or incomplete information may affect timelines. Access & Eligibility Alkobi Vision reserves the right to restrict access to certain meeting types based on client status, subscription level, or project readiness. Booking access does not guarantee project acceptance.
